Connecticut Behavioral Health Partnership
 
 The Connecticut Behavioral Health Partnership (CT BHP) is a joint initiative between the Department of Social Services, the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) covering behavioral health services for HUSKY A, HUSKY B, HUSKY C, and HUSKY D. Children with complex behavioral health needs served by DCF are also covered for behavioral health services through the Partnership. The CTBHP is responsible for authorizing and managing the behavioral health services for all HUSKY A, HUSKY B, HUSKY C, and HUSKY D clients.
