Providers may receive payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via paper checks. EFT transactions and paper checks are generated for providers who have had paid claims activity in a claims processing cycle. Providers also have the ability to download their ANSI ASC X12N Health Care Claim Payment/Advice (835). Below are the paper checks, EFT and 835 availability dates for the first half of 2025.
