| The Provider Publications page contains links to provider bulletins, manuals, newsletters, forms, claim processing information, and drug rebate information.

The documents found on this page can be viewed online or downloaded and printed. When the provider clicks any of the links on this page, a new window opens where the user can either save or print the document. This page includes the following panels:
-Bulletin Search: Allows users to search and download various bulletins
-Provider Manuals: Provides a link to various chapters of the provider manual. To download Chapters 7 and 8, please select your provider type from the drop down box. To download Chapter 11, please select the appropriate claim type from the drop down box.
*Please note that the Professional Services Manual is applicable to the following provider types: Chiropractor, Independent Clinical Laboratory, Independent Radiology, Naturopath, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Midwife, Physician, Podiatrist, Independent Therapy Services, Transportation, and Vision (including ophthalmologists, optometrists, and opticians).
-Forms: Includes claim forms and other forms in PDF format. Includes dental, pharmacy, TPL information, UB-04, CMS-1500, PCAR, authorization for EFT, form reorder cards, and other forms
-Provider Newsletters: Provides links to current and historical newsletters. Every release of newsletters includes the latest activities and updates, along with Gainwell Technologies holiday schedules.
-Claims Processing Information: Contains links to claims related documents such as the Explanations of Benefits crosswalk and Internet Claim Submission FAQ
-Drug Rebate: Provides link to navigate to document pertaining to the J-Code FAQs
To Search for Provider Bulletins:
1. In the Bulletin Search panel, complete the search field(s) with known information and click search.
-If no search results are displayed, change the search criteria.
-If there are search results, go to the next step.
2. Click on a row in the Search Results panel.
-The requested provider bulletin opens in PDF format in a separate browser window.
